I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Slv Grand. While the location was convenient for accessing the bus station, the room was unacceptably small and not worth the price. Upon returning from a temple visit, I found that the AC had been uninstalled without any notice, and there was a lack of professionalism in handling my concerns.
